Star Island,
as the name implies, has been home to Stars living
in Miami Beach for some time now and has been some of the most
expensive Miami Beach real estate in Dade County. Star Island is an
all waterfront gated community on Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach with
28 homes and a 10 acre park in the center of the island. The stars
started coming in 1986 when Gloria and Emilio Estefan bought their
first property and built their home. In 1991, I sold them the
adjacent property and they built their compound.
